I struggle a lot with my under eye dark circles and I have tried so many products to get ideal results. When I used Mac Pro Longwear concealer I thought I have found my perfect concealer but that was until I discovered this Urban Decay Naked Skin Weightless Complete Coverage Concealer. I even mentioned it my monthly favorites. This concealer is available in 8 different shades to suite all skin tones and it retails for $28. My shade is Medium – Neutral.
A good concealer is supposed to not only conceal dark circles but must also not crease and in addition to this it shouldn’t even make the under eye area dry.
This concealer is medium to full coverage with matte finish. Unlike other full coverage concealers it feels really light on the skin. Another issue with under eye area is creasing and this concealer does are really good job at preventing creasing. No matter which any concealer you use, it is going to crease if you have fine lines. To stop creasing you must set the concealer and many concealer would still crease even if you set it but this concealer did not crease for as long as 7 to 8 hours on me.
Although it provides medium to full coverage but I find it difficult to completely hide my dark circles. My dark circles are moderate and this concealer sometimes does not fully hide them that is I prefer using an orange corrector before applying it.
When my dark circles are bad I used orange corrector before applying this Urban Decay Naked Skin Weightless Complete Coverage Concealer. And I like to set it with Laura Mercier Translucent powder, I actually bake it for five to ten minutes which makes it stay for hours with out creasing.
This has become my favorite concealer now.
- If it is set properly, it won’t crease
- Does not make under eye area dry
- Feels really light on the skin
- Might need color correcting to completely hide the dark circles.
