Bridal Couture week ended on December 12, 2014 with many Celebrities and fashionistas. The audiences were dealt with the delightful smell of flowers. They captured the fun moments in lovely lounges surrounded by fresh flowers. On the last day of this mega fashion event, ramp décor was also changed.
Mini Bindra’s lavish bridal collection started the first show of day 3. Her collection was named Rubaaiyat-e-Khayyam. Her collection was a tribute to renowned artist Omar Khayyam’s Rubaaiyat, which is an accumulation of short love poems. She also integrated short sub collection of excellent fabrics combined with her present day design sensibilities. Voluminous gharara pants were matched with fitted bodice.
Sahar Atif divulged The Sultanate, after amazing showcase by Mini Bindra. Her collection presented impeccable embroidery with drama of couture. In her collection the hundreds of years’ old legacy of Islamic art were deciphered into the finest examples of rich outfits. Many outfits had velvet as a base with layering of organza.
Toni&Guy exhibited the most recent hair and bridal trends after Sahar Atif’s collection.
Next on the stage was Samreen Closet’s REET. Mughal Raj and the Persian Sultanate were inspiration of Reet’s amazing jewelry.
Asifa and Nabil ended the show one of day 3 with their collection Klah. Alhambra Palace in Spain was the inspiration for many dresses in their collection. Their contemporary yet traditional outfits are an amazing addition this bridal season.
Beautiful and elegant designs by talented Mehdi began the show two of the last day. His collection was greatly applauded by the audience.
Munib Nawaz’s collevtion Paradise Express was next in the show. In his collection traditional menswear were modernized for current century’s men.
Next was much anticipated showcase by fashion Guru HSY. The segment titled “Powerhouse of Fashion” showed the distinct, edgy and stylish capsule collections by HSY, Zara Shahjahan, Nilofer Shahid, Rana Noman, Nicke Nina, and the fantastic duo, SanaSafinaz.
Special light show by Shahzad Disaster and his group was next in the show and the audiences enjoyed it to the fullest.
Last designer of the evening was none other than Umar Sayeed. His amazing designs left every one mesmerized.
